when a group of teenagers walks past you and starts laughing at you for no apparent reason
you wrote your name on my heart in permanent marker but only let me write on yours in pencil
To me taking a shower can be very therapeutic. Besides washing, it can also be a moment to step out, and have a moment for yourself. A way to empty your mind. And since I tend to think a lot about things to the point it can get uncomfortable, I appreciate these moments all the more. Let it all out, and come out feeling fresh. Both physically and mentally.
Hopefully you like this photoset, since I felt it was the right one to share with you!
Shame on me for not posting it right away, but I already told you how much I’m in love with the rawness of this set. And I’m a person who always gets too deep in the world of uncomfortable thoughts as well, so I can only agree to your statement. Both pictures represent the whole process itself pretty well. You step in the shower and feel an overwhelming weight on shour shoulders, shrink and your mind collapses, while the water slowly drowns the sorrows. Then you somehow realise that it’s all not even close to be a real matter and get rid of it.
We all know these moments. Thank you again for sharing yours. Hope there’s not too much bothering you lately. <3
